The prices available to PLBG members are known as "Contract Rates", which can be significantly lower than typical "trade" prices. All products are supplied with manufacturers’ warranties and are available from several nationwide distributors.
Being a member of PLBG means that Private Landlords will be buying as a large contractor or housing provider, rather than an individual.
PLBG understands the importance of accessing deals locally, which is why we have partnered with distributors such as PTS for Plumbing and Heating products, and Yesss Electrical for their wide range of electrical products and their network of branches and trade counters.
Membership Fees
Membership to PLBG is from £33.33 + VAT per annum, regardless of the number of properties maintained.
